The Results: one handbag, one pair of sports briefs, two zip bags, one pair of slippers, and seven flower hair accessories.

The Scraps

The jeans recycling challenge is now finished.  I just couldn’t find a use for the final scraps; they were too scrappy.  They didn’t end up in the bin -I added them to a cushion I stuffed.

If you’d like to read the earlier posts, the first one is here, and the second one is here.

Cheers!

Very well done, Liz! I love your Jean project!
Those slippers not only can be worn at home but also useful for long international flights. I wonder what kind of padding or wadding you used for the bottom of the slippers. I like the idea of using final scraps for stuffing a cushion. I reckon you are a real creator!

    Cheers,

Thanks Chiggy. I hadn’t thought about slippers for the plane -good idea. For the bottom of the slippers I used some thin wadding, but next week I will give you the slipper pattern 😉
